Dr Laura Bowen is the Head of Sport Science at Tottenham Hotspur Women, and in the past has been the Lead Sport Scientist at Southampton FC Women, following a number of years as a sport scientist with the men’s team at Southampton. She also works as a Consultant at FIFA, which has included working closely with New Zealand Women’s football team prior to the 2023 World Cup. She has done a PhD on workloads and injury risk in Premier League Football at the University of Birmingham.
